About Human Expenditure Program

Human Expenditure Program (aka Bloodmoney 2) is a 2025 indie game by ShroomyChrist Studios. It’s a psychological horror simulation where you take care of Harvey Harvington, a computer character with memories and feelings. Basically, you’re managing his life and watching how he reacts to what you do.

Simple Controls

You mostly just click with your mouse. Feed Harvey, pet him a bit to lift his mood, or put him to sleep. Open the fridge to pick food like candy, bread, donuts, pie, cake, or large soup. Each food changes his energy and mood a little. Some mini-games might need keys, but that’s it.

Are You Suitable for This Game?

If you like games that make you think about what you’re doing, care about characters, and like a bit of stress from moral choices, this is for you. Also good if you like visual novels, little mini-games, or arcade style scoring challenges.

Tips to Get Better

  • Keep an eye on the bars. Pink is food, blue is mood. Don’t let either get too low.
  • Play the mini-games. Whack-A-Harvey, Memory Match, Batting Cages, Heavy Lifting they give points and keep Harvey happy.
  • Every choice matters. Feeding, playing, or ignoring him all change how the story goes.
  • Replay for different endings. You can get a dark ending or a redemption one depending on what you do.

The game is a weird mix of taking care of someone, mini-games, and making decisions that actually affect the story. It’s kind of creepy but fun if you like that mix.
